This build adds support for specifying a tooltip to display over the further options button on a ribbon chunk. Some issues are also addressed: the ribbon could fail to display on a form with a startup size of 300 pixels or smaller, reloading the ribbon in the designer could result in a "parameter is not valid" exception and on Japanese versions of Windows XP all button text could fail to be displayed.
